Richard Dolighan has been selected president and general manager of SPI Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s Canadian operations. Previously, he was president and general manager of Squibb Corp., Canada. Dolighan has also served as president and general manager of Bristol Myers’ subsidiary in Puerto Rico.
