Tough Warning: A bill that would make it illegal to sell records with “explicit” warning stickers to minors passed the Louisiana House of Representatives on Wednesday, 53 to 37. The measure next moves to the Senate Judiciary Committee and is expected to hit the Senate floor before July 8.
