Re: How to Be a Minor Writer (June 9):
I agree with Josh Greenfeld: Most of us just move the runner along every day and return to our personal dugouts, dreaming occasionally of rising from gnatweight to a loftier class.
However, I hope Josh remains a “minor” writer. “Major” writers who muck around in the depths of the human condition and psyche end up like most champion heavyweights: permanently damaged from too many roundhouses to the brain.
