The Glendale Community Foundation Board of Trustees has named six recipients of $1,000 student loans for 1991.
The interest-free loans are given to local students to help pay for their college educations. The funds come from the Pearl Gray Student Loan Fund, established in 1973 by Gray’s will. The students repay the loans after graduating from college.
The students and their colleges are Scott Von Lossberg, Stanford; Michelle Sullivan and Krista Johnson, UC Riverside; Kyle Ransford, UC Berkeley; Kelly Heap, the University of San Diego, and David Van Dam, San Diego State.
