Sedona attracts “mystics” and New Agers, says a Times story. There they “tune in the psychic energy” from “power centers, or vortexes.”
This exercise expands religious freedom and may be great for many New Agers. True mystics, however, tune in God. The mystical deity is Cosmic Mind, expressed throughout the universe. Special persons and places, while interesting, are not required. But they are good for fun and profit.
