TEAM CUP VOLLEYBALL : Kiraly Leads Squad to Team Cup Title

Karch Kiraly had 11 kills, a block and two digs to lead Il Messaggero to a 30-22, 30-25 victory over Team Paul Mitchell in the finals of the Team Cup Volleyball Tournament Friday at the Forum.
Kiraly, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, earned the tournament most valuable player award.
Steve Timmons had 10 kills, two blocks and a dig and Giovanni Mambelli had 10 kills, two blocks and five digs for Il Messaggero.
In an earlier game, Team Toyota beat Team Coca-Cola, 30-26, 30-27.
