Hallenbeck Appointed to Be State Architect

Gov. Pete Wilson has appointed Harry C. Hallenbeck of San Diego as the State Architect.
Hallenbeck-president of Hallenbeck, Chamorro & Associates of Alameda and San Diego-is a member of the American Institute of Architects College of Fellows and has been active in the AIA for more than 20 years.
