GREENER PASTURES: As the state battle over reapportionment nears a climax, with three legislative plans on Gov. Wilson’s desk (A3), Orange County politicians are trying to sort out the winners and losers. . . . One possible loser: Sen. Cecil N. Green (D-Buena Park), whose district on the Los Angeles-Orange County border was erased by the Legislature and moved to Riverside. Fighting back, Green moved to Buena Park in a bid to steal a seat from Republican Frank Hill, the senator from Whittier whose district also straddles the county’s northern border. . . . Green says: “I’ve got several options, and that’s one of them.”
