Oscar Benwood Hunter Jr., 75, president of the College of American Pathologists from 1967 to 1969. Hunter had been a president of the Southern Medical Assn. and the Washington Society of Pathologists. He also served in the House of Delegates of the American Medical Assn. A native of Washington, Hunter was a 1940 graduate of Georgetown University medical school. He served an internship at Gallinger Hospital and a pathology residency at the Mayo Clinic. On Saturday in Gibson Island, Md., of cancer.
