Quarterback Vinny Testaverde will start for Tampa Bay this week, replacing Chris Chandler. . . . The Green Bay Packers listed starting quarterback Don Majkowski as doubtful for Sunday’s game against Dallas. . . . Minnesota Viking Coach Jerry Burns replaced starting quarterback Wade Wilson with Rich Gannon.
