ORANGE : School District to Draw Strategic Plan
- Share via
Trustees of the Orange Unified School District last week took the first step toward developing a comprehensive strategic plan for the sprawling district.
The board unanimously approved a schedule that will give a team one year to develop a plan that will set the stage for the district’s future.
A planning team of about a dozen administrators, teachers, classified employees and parents will meet once a month to discuss and develop a strategic plan.
The final strategic plan will create a mission statement for Orange Unified, establish goals and develop an action plan for achieving them.
