New York City Comptroller Elizabeth Holtzman said said an audit showed the Yankees owe the city an additional $931,827 in rent, including $709,483 based on their cable television receipts in 1989.
The New York Yankees Partnership, which owns the Yankees, says it owes the city only $103,318 for rent from cable revenue.
