Byelorussians Cancel: The Byelorussian Ballet of Minsk has canceled its entire tour, including performances that were to begin Friday at the Shrine Auditorium. A local publicist for the company said Monday that the 150-member company’s exit visas from Belarus had been denied. Originally scheduled for a two-week visit to San Diego and Los Angeles, the company canceled the San Diego performances last week.
