The Region : Heart Assn. Branch Expands

The San Gabriel Branch of the American Heart Assn. has expanded to include Rosemead and Temple City and will be renamed the Greater San Gabriel Branch.
The all-volunteer branch works at schools, job sites and hospitals to promote healthy lifestyles. The branch is a member of the San Gabriel Valley division of the association, which also has branches in Pasadena, Alhambra, Arcadia, Monrovia, Diamond Bar, La Verne and Puente Hills.
Plans for a Pomona branch are under way, regional manager Todd Vradenburg said.
