50th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor

Apologize for Hiroshima? Baloney! As a teen-aged sailor on the carrier Shangri-La off Okinawa in August of 1945, I remember the day the news came of the Hiroshima bombing. We cheered until it hurt, and asked “what’s an atomic bomb?” I still feel that it was the greatest pay-back in the history of war. Remember Pearl Harbor and the Bataan death march! Sleep in peace, boys, we evened the score for you.
