Gangster Gets Death for Beheading Rival

RABAT, Morocco — A gangster who cut off a rival’s head, put it in a plastic bag and showed it off in a bar has been sentenced to death, lawyers said Thursday.
Abderrahman Souheir, 37, known as Mjinina (Crazy Girl), was convicted of murdering Mohammed Barraka, a member of a rival gang, after luring him at night to a Christian cemetery in the central city of Meknes last July.
