Duarte Residents Express Their Civic Pride

I find the letter to be interesting because it is so different from my experience.
I have lived as an adult with a family a minimum of five years in each of five different cities, including two in California, and I have found my 19 years in Duarte the best from the standpoint of city government responsiveness and community involvement.
