Ingram Micro Expansion: Other notable sales and contracts:
Gentosi Bros. Inc. of Irvine signed a $4.7-million contract for construction of interior improvements in the new Ingram Micro office building and distribution center in Santa Ana. The 115,000-square-foot office building will be the new headquarters for Santa Ana-based Ingram Micro Inc., the largest U.S. distributor of computer hardware, software and accessories. A 100,000-square-foot distribution center will replace the company’s existing center. The project is scheduled to be completed in March.
The Breckenridge Group Inc., a restaurant franchiser based in Rancho Santa Margarita, has leased 6,500 square feet of retail space for a Coco’s Restaurant in the Anaheim Hills Festival shopping center. The 20-year lease is valued at $3.8 million. . . . Newport Beach-based general contractor Elliot Corp. completed construction of Marbella Plaza, a $14-million shopping center at the corner of Rancho Viejo Road and Golf Club Drive in San Juan Capistrano.
