CURTAINS: Anaheim’s 400-seat Grand Dinner Theatre closes Sunday after a 15-year run, the last two in the red, its owners say. . . . Producer William Lockwood says former Grand stars Cesar Romero, Dorothy Lamour and JoAnne Worley will see the final show, a matinee performance of “Camelot.” . . . “Ever since we announced the closing, it’s been wall-to-wall bodies,” Lockwood says. The theater will reopen Feb. 14 as a big-band dance hall.
