CAM Data Posts First-Quarter Profit: CAM Data Systems Inc., a Fountain Valley producer of point-of-sale and inventory management systems for retail stores, reported first-quarter earnings of $201,000, or 15 cents per share, contrasted with a year-earlier loss of $98,000, or 9 cents per share. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 rose 82%, to $2 million from $1.1 million.
