710 Freeway Extension

I read with dismay that someone from South Pasadena said the freeway completion would only save a person five minutes on their commute. Obviously this person has not exited the end of the 710 at Valley Boulevard at 5 p.m. I have made this commute for many years and estimate the extra delay, especially in the evening, to take 30 minutes a day. That amounts to an extra 110 hours a year stuck in traffic adding to the air pollution.
South Pasadena has held up the completion of this major traffic artery for 30 years. Enough already.
