SHOW TIME: Orange County’s William J. Kopeny, co-counsel for LAPD officer Ted Briseno in the Rodney King trial, says the judge has good media control over the courtroom, but outside it’s a circus. . . . “About 20 photographers were shooting me doing nothing, just carrying in huge boxes of legal papers,” Kopeny says. “They kept shooting while I struggled to open the door; not one of them would stop shooting long enough to open it for me.”
