U.S.A. BOOSTER: Here’s what Takashi Kiuchi, president of Cypress-based Mitsubishi Electronics, uttered when Japan’s prime minister questioned the American work ethic: “Oh no, not again!” . . . Kiuchi, also president of the Japanese Business Assn. for Southern California, says he’s impressed with Americans’ work habits, despite what Japanese leaders say. . . . “We have failed to tell high-ranking Japanese officials what we’ve been experiencing here,” Kiuchi says. “The statements coming out of Tokyo are not based on facts.”
