Osmond Update: Long before Andrew Lloyd Webber wrote “Phantom,” he turned out “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.” Now, one-time teen idol Donny Osmond has been signed to sing the title role in a new production of that musical that will embark on a tour across Canada and the United States following a June 18 opening in Toronto.
