Booz-Allen & Hamilton Moves Unit: The consulting firm said it has relocated the headquarters for its aerospace practice to Los Angeles and intends to open a second office in the Los Angeles area. John Harbison, Booz-Allen vice president and leader of the firm’s worldwide aerospace practice, will lead the new office. It will have 50 employees by this fall, according to the company. Harbison said he is seeking to “work together with local industry to improve their competitiveness and stem the recent erosion in L.A.’s aerospace business base.” Booz-Allen said it has the nation’s largest aerospace consulting practice with more than 1,500 professionals.
