Breakfast in Cannes: Actor and producer Blake Edwards, whose comedies include the “Pink Panther” movies, will be honored at the 45th Cannes Film Festival with a retrospective of his films. “The Party” (1968), starring Peter Sellers, will open the tribute on May 10. The 10-film retrospective includes “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” (1961), “Days of Wine and Roses” (1962) and “10” (1979).
