Attorneys for Mike Tyson asked the Indiana Supreme Court to release the boxer from prison while he appeals his rape conviction and six-year jail sentence.
Meanwhile, a prison spokesman said Tyson interrupted his fast by eating a portion of his dinner of meatloaf and potatoes Thursday night, but then declined to eat breakfast Friday.
