Garden Grove Firm Searched in Defense Fraud Probe: Armed with search warrants, several dozen federal agents raided the headquarters of Air Industries Corp. looking for evidence in a criminal fraud investigation of possible false tests of aerospace fasteners, officials said. No arrests were made, and though the firm remains open for business, company executives could not be reached for comment. The investigation focuses on laboratory stress tests of fasteners made for Northrop Corp., Boeing Co., Lockheed Corp. and Douglas Aircraft Co., sources said.
