Clinton Virtually Has Nomination, Cuomo Says

ALBANY, N.Y. — Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton’s drive to lock up the Democratic presidential nomination is “virtually done,” New York Gov. Mario M. Cuomo said Sunday.
Cuomo, however, continued to hold off from endorsing his fellow governor. “This is academic,” he said. “It doesn’t make any difference who other politicians endorse.”
