Perceptronics Awarded $335,000 Pact for Software

Perceptronics Inc. said it received a $335,000 contract for its Tactical Video Mapping software, an electronic map system used in military training.
The company said the system would be used for a U.S. defense program, but the specific party awarding the contract was not identified.
Woodland Hills-based Perceptronics makes a variety of computer-based simulation and graphics-related products for defense and commercial markets.
