Noriega’s Conviction
It seems to me to be a waste placing Noriega in a prison cell with all his knowledge and expertise in handling a drug-selling business. Why not give him a work furlough and place him in the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and have him work with those agents to try to seek out basic drug dealers who are flooding this country and ruining lives? If he agrees to work on the problem, I’d say go for it.
