Takeover of Perrier Completed: France’s Banque Indosuez and Switzerland’s Nestle have acquired 97% of French mineral water group Source Perrier. The two companies are collaborating in Nestle’s takeover of Perrier through a joint subsidiary called Demilac. The acquisition represents the winding down of a fierce battle for control of Perrier and its parent company, Exor, that pitted several major European companies against each other and was front-page news for months.
