Frank D. Hickman has been promoted to executive vice president of Tishman Construction Corp. of California, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona. He will continue to serve as chief operating officer and executive vice president of Tishman Realty Corp. of California.
In his new position, Hickman, 42, will be responsible for all of Tishman’s construction and development projects in the western United States.
He is also executive vice president of Tracco Management Corp. of California, Tishman’s leasing and building management company, and is a vice president of the New York-based parent, Tishman Realty & Construction Co.
