Kushner-Locke Acquires Syndication Company: Los Angeles-based TV program producer Kushner-Locke Co. said it had an agreement in principal to acquire Rysher Entertainment Inc. Rysher, formed in 1991 by former Warner Bros. TV executive Keith Samples, syndicates TV shows in the United States. Kushner-Locke Co. President Peter Locke said the purchase price for Rysher was about $7.5 million plus a pay-out provision based on after-tax net income over the next three years.
