The Pledge Edge: “Classic rock” station KLSX has pledged more than $300,000 to benefit AIDS research as a result of a weeklong silent auction of classic rock art. The art show, held at the Directors Guild of America, featured works from such rock stars as John Lennon, Mick Jagger, Jerry Garcia and Stevie Nicks. The money raised will go to the American Foundation for AIDS Research (AmFar).
