Chapman University basketball player Rog Middleton, the leading scorer in school and California Collegiate Athletic Assn. history, has been named the CCAA’s male athlete of the year. Middleton, a Tustin High graduate, was a three-time, first-team all-conference selection and averaged 19.4 points in four seasons with Chapman.
