In the U.S. Olympic rowing trials at West Windsor, N.J., Greg Springer won the men’s doubles competition. He and teammate Jonathan Smith were timed in 6 minutes 26.32 seconds, winning by more than 2 1/2 seconds. This will be Springer’s third Olympics. Greg Walker won the men’s singles.
