Bogus Stock Sold for $2 Million: Stocks canceled because of misprints were stolen and traded for nearly nearly $2 million on the stock market, officials said. An employee of Bank of Seoul, which issued the 200,000 shares of Taihan Electric Wire Co., is suspected of stealing the stocks from a safe and asking securities firms to sell them, the bank said. About half the shares were traded for $1.8 million last week, but authorities discovered that the shares had been voided before payment was made. The suspect has disappeared, the bank said.
