Wang Wins Suit Over Pricing: A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against Wang Laboratories Inc. brought by independent computer dealers who complained about pricing policies for selling used equipment, Wang said. U.S. District Judge Charles Legge, sitting in Portland, Ore., rejected the suit and dissolved an injunction he imposed last year that suspended Wang’s new pricing policy. The price change was not for computer equipment itself, but for a license to use operating system software, which is copyrighted and available only from Wang.
