Dayton Hudson Corp., the parent company of Target and Mervyn’s, announced a $100,300 grant to help connect residents of South Los Angeles and Koreatown with social services.
The money will pay for satellite offices for the Info Line information and referral service, which operates a database of 5,000 human service agencies in the county. It is the largest referral network of its kind in the country.
