More of Barrymore: Interview magazine is putting its July issue under a plastic wrapper to head off expected controversy about its nude cover photo of 17-year-old actress Drew Barrymore, who is shown with her fully clothed boyfriend, actor James Walters. A naked and tattooed Barrymore is photographed lying stretched out next to Walters on a lawn for the issue, which goes on sale today. A dog owned by photographer Bruce Weber lies between them; the cover is captioned “Splendor in the Grass.” Interview is following in the steps of Vanity Fair magazine, which last year wrapped in plastic its cover of nude and pregnant actress Demi Moore.
