Williams Update: With fans already set for a refund, country singer Hank Williams Jr. has now apologized for his actions on stage and for cutting short his concert in Bonner Springs, Kan., last weekend. “The truth is I messed up,” Williams, 43, said in a statement from Nashville. “I understand the anger of the fans . . . and the best I can do at this point is to refund their money and say I’m sorry.”
