MORE HOWIE: It may seem Howie Mandel is everywhere on TV: Arsenio Hall Monday night, “Bobby’s World” Saturday mornings, cable specials, “St. Elsewhere” reruns. . . . And tonight he can be seen in Orange County during his new summer series “Howie” premiering at 8 p.m. on Channel 2. Much of it was shot at Anaheim’s Celebrity Theatre. A review (F2) of the show calls it “witless . . . silly . . . inconsequential.”
