Leno Live: NBC’s “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno,” taped in Burbank in the late afternoon, will air live on the East Coast between next Monday and July 16 so that Leno can comment on what happened on those dates at the Democratic National Convention. If there’s more to report by the time Leno gets on, NBC News anchor Tom Brokaw will provide updates. The show will be tape-delayed in the West.
