Dismissed List: A judge in Los Angeles dismissed an $11-million lawsuit filed by Mr. Blackwell against Johnny Carson, saying the former “Tonight Show” host’s joke about the fashion critic’s worst-dressed list was harmless humor. Blackwell, who is known for his annual worst-dressed list, filed the lawsuit in March, claiming the joke had exposed him to hatred, contempt and ridicule.
