SANTA CLARITA : City Sponsoring ‘Dive-In’ Movies

Santa Clarita is sponsoring a series of “Dive-in Movie” nights at three municipal pools this summer, beginning today.
For a $5 fee, residents can stay cool in Santa Clarita Park’s municipal pool and watch “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure” on a screen set up beside the pool.
The show begins at dusk. Refreshments will be sold beforehand.
On July 31, the city will show “Airplane” at Valencia Glen pool and on Aug. 21, “Jaws,” at North Oaks pool.
