* James L. Dintaman was named president of Nestle USA’s frozen-foods group, succeeding Michael Moone, who is retiring to pursue other interests, effective Sept. 1. Dintaman currently is executive vice president of Nestle Food Co.
Nestle USA, based in Glendale, is the U.S. arm of the Swiss giant Nestle SA. Its frozen-foods group’s divisions include Stouffer Foods Corp. Nestle Dairy Systems Inc.
Moone also is president of Stouffer Foods. He is being succeeded in that post by C. Wayne Partin, executive vice president of the frozen-foods unit.
