Cinema Honorees: The ninth annual American Cinema Awards have been set for Sept. 9 and Frank Sinatra, Whoopi Goldberg and Jack Valenti have been selected as the honorees. Robert Wagner will host, and Kirk and Anne Douglas are chairmen of the dinner that is a fund-raiser for the Motion Picture & Television Country House & Hospital.
