* Thomas P. Baird has been promoted to chief financial officer of Comarco Inc. in Anaheim. Baird, who joined the company in 1987, was most recently vice president, treasurer and controller. Baird will continue to be based in Vienna, Va., where the company has operations. Comarco provides facility management services, engineering services and computer-based products.
