Fox’s Condo Plans and Homeowners

I live about half a mile west of the Fox Studio, and as a neighbor am concerned about development of the lot.

I believe that the litigation mentioned in the July 9 story will have no real effect on the condominium development. Such a development would be subject to the most stringent environmental requirements mandated by the Los Angeles City Council.

It is clear to me that the current litigation is an exercise in futility, incurring unnecessary costs that common sense says should and could have been avoided.

Fox is not in the condo business, it is in the studio business, and our community needs Fox to remain as a strong and concerned neighbor and employer.
